We are proud to work with responsible, respectful, and professional cleaners. By joining CleanoLink, you agree to the following Code of Conduct to ensure we deliver quality, trust, and peace of mind to our clients.
1. Punctuality & Reliability
• Arrive on time to all jobs
• Notify CleanoLink immediately if you’re running late or need to cancel
• Consistently show up for accepted bookings or risk removal from our network
2. Professional Behaviour
• Be polite, respectful, and presentable
• Do not bring children, friends, or others to jobs
• Avoid personal conversations with clients unless relevant to the clean
3. Cleaning Standards
• Follow CleanoLink’s cleaning checklists for Airbnb and domestic jobs
• Report any damage or issues immediately
• Leave properties secure and guest-ready
4. Confidentiality
• Never share client information or property access codes
• Respect all personal property and privacy
• Do not take photos or videos unless instructed by CleanoLink
5. Payments & Jobs
• Only accept payment as arranged by CleanoLink
• Do not negotiate rates directly with clients
• All jobs must be booked through CleanoLink to remain in the network
6. Zero Tolerance Policy
• Theft, dishonesty, aggressive behaviour, or repeated no-shows will result in immediate removal and possible legal action
7. Agreement
By working with CleanoLink, you confirm that you understand and agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in warnings, removal from the platform, or legal action depending on severity.
